Welcome to PhilAndersonArt.com. I hope that you enjoy the world as seen through my viewfinder and the digital imagery that I have created from my photographs . Life is a constant journey and I strive to envision and portray it’s fleeting moments as well as create digital moments that “Might Have Been”.
